1. Description of Hanzhong Xianhao
(1) Hanzhong Xianhao is from Qinling mountain with altitude of 800---1200 meters, located in Chinese second biggest zinc selenium zone, its annual rainfall is 1000--1500mm, average temperature is 14.7 ℃. Our plant base is in the Northwest of China, it’s colder than south, so its growth period is longer and picking time is later, which gives more nutrition to Hanzhong Xianhao.
(2) The special geographical features give the tea rich amino acids and tea polyphenols. The dry tea Xianhao looks like bamboo shoots, fresh and pretty; Smells fragrant as orchid after brewing, graceful; Tastes mellow and pure scent, with quick sweetness aftertaste.
(3) Modern science and technology analysis shows that Hanzhong Xianhao contains more zinc selenium and polyphenols than other kinds. It contains 4.1% of amino acids, 27.3% of tea polyphenols, with selenium 0.858 micrograms per gram and 53.5 micrograms of zinc per gram, and has strong effect of anticancer, reducing blood pressure, preventing high blood fat, and resisting radiation.
(4) The picking time of Hanzhong Xianhao: Top grade (all buds) is on early days of April; Special Grade(one bud one leaf) is on Middle April; First Grade(one bud one leaf, one bud two leaves) is on Late April.
2. Brewing guidelines
Glass cup; 3-4 grams per time,or based on personal taste; the first infusion is 85-90C degree or 185-194F for about 2-3minutes; then the second is about 3-4 minutes.
Brewing steps:first warm up the glass cup and pour out the hot water; second put the teas in the warm cup and rotate it gently and smell the aroma first; after that, pour 1/3 of 85 degree water into the cup, rotate
the teas in the water gently for 10 seconds and smell the aroma; Finallypour the needed water to the cup again for the first infusion.
Infusion time: at least 4 times

Shaanxi Dongyu Bio-Tech Co., Ltd is specializing in organic tea cultivation, tea's cleaning process, tea health foods and natural heab extracts.
We built modern natural plant extracts production line in 2013. The project was 12th five-year national supporting plan by Ministry of Science and Technology. The technology of extraction is researcher and developed by the Tea Reserach Institude of Hangzhou and Zhejiang University. the occupied area of the plant is 3000 square meters and the annual production capability is about 200 tons. The whole processing of production strictly accords with GMP standards.
We have 3 million square meters tea garden in the depths of the Mount Dabashan and the Mount Micangshan. As raw material of tea polyphenols, our tea got the organic certificate of the China Tea Research Institute from cultivation, production and processing. During the process of growing tea, we strictly refuse to use any chemical fertilizer, herbicide, plant grow regulator and chemical food additive. As tea plantation is located in the Mount Dabashan selenium-rich area, our tea contains 50-80 mg of per kg and about 3 mg of zinc per kg. The characteristic of the product is rich in trace elements zinc and selenium. We built green tea processing and production factory with annual capacity of 500 tons.
