1. Are you a factory or a trading company ?
Qingdao xinhui special hand truck co.,ltd is a factory ,specializing in metal products like barrows, wagons , trailers, carts ,trolleys, etc..
2.What is the MOQ for the product I am interested?
Normally , it should be at least 200 pcs . However, 1-100 pcs can be ordered as trial order for testing the quality .
3. Can I have a sample before placing an order ?
Yes, it is no problem, the sample is available .
4. How long can I get the sample (like the barrows /wagons/carts)?
It depends on the products you order . It will be around 3-20 for different products. Please contact us for sure.
5. How long is the manufacturing time if I place an order ?
Normally our manufacturing time for Container (20',40',40'HQ)order is 30 days-35days. If urgent , please send us email or call us for checking .
6. After finished , how long can I get the product I ordered ?
It depends which country and sea port it will be shipped . After finishing the products, we will keep you updated and inform you that we will make a booking for the container with the loading date , delivering date and arriving date.
7. What can we do if there is quality problem?
For each order , we will inpect the quality for every procedure. If there is problem for the quality , please take pictures for the problems and email to us . We will get back to you within 24 hours .
