Drip irrigation is today's need because Water-nature's gift to mankind is not unlimited and free forever. World water resources are fast diminishing. The one and only answer to this problem is the drip irrigation system.

Two layer drip irrigation pipe production line is specially designed for production of two layer drip irrigation pipe. The inner thick layer is black with recycled PE material; and outer layer is light brown with virgin PE material.

With this special pipe structure, the drip irrigation pipe can have nice surface, and recycled material can be used also to reduce the production cost.

Technical Features of Pipe Production Line:

1)Two layer co-extrusion die head is applied with two extruders, one is for inner black layer and one for outer brown layer.
The outer layer thickness can be 0.1mm-0.2mm, or be specially designed as per customer requirements.
2)Dripper distance can be adjusted freely according to demands of different crops, generally range from 20cm to 200cm.
Minimum dripper space can be 10cm for our high speed drip irrigation pipe line.
3)Mechanical punching system or servo punching system is used in our normal speed line and high speed line.
Two holes punching is as standard configuration. Three or Four or Six holes punching are also workable for our 20m/min pipe line. We can design the punching machine system as per customer’s local market requirements.
4)Production speed: mainly two different production speed is provided. One is 20m/min with low investment cost; another is 80m/min with high production efficiency.
