Main Features of the Plastic Aluminum Pipe PEX-AL-PEX/PERT-AL-PERT pipe extrusion machine
2) Generally, the produced pipe diameter scope is from 16mm to 63mm, The line is easy to operate and has high stability
3) High Precision Aluminum forming mould system and unique rolics calibration moulds make sure the pipe is produced at perfect roundness and stable condition for welding.
4) This PPR-AL-PPR Composite Pipe extrusion line adopts adhesive and glue co-extrusion for inner layer, and separate step extrusion for outer layer. This helps form a strong Aluminum-Plastic adhesion and also facilitates heat dissipation, making it easy to adjust for different sizes replacement.
5) KAIDE's Overlap Welding PPR-AL-PPR Pipe Production line incorporates a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) system and a Human Machine Interface (HMI) for the entire pipe extrusion line, making it easier for our clients' employees to operate. It also realize auto-synchronization across different variables.
