Operating process of Gypsum Powder Chalk Making Machine
1.Brushing oil.When you start to use this chalk machine, move the chalk mold upward,and then brush oil on the mold,new mold need to brush more oil,and note brushing oil uniformly is very important!
2.Move the mandrel up and down for several times,and then put it in the bottom,four top screws contact prevail.
3.Mixing chalk pulp.the raw pulp needs to be mixed uniformly.
4.Filling chalk pulp.and then poured into the mold, with a scraper to strike off.
5.Molding.Normally it will cost 2-8 minutes for forming and molding,and then you can press chalks by hand.
6.Taking out.Turn the mold 180 °over, then take them out.
