Artwork
We accept AI, PDF, PS, COREL format artwork. If customer doesn’t have artwork, we can offer free design.
Sample
We can offer samples before mass production if customers require. But we charge sample fee. The sample fee is refundable.
Samples will be ready in 3-5 days. Then send to customer to confirm.
Mass production
After customer approves the samples and confirm the order, we will charge thirty percent deposit. We accept PayPal, T/T, Western Union, Money gram, L/C. Then we begin mass production.
After all products are ready, we will email product pictures and packing pictures to customers. We require seventy percent balance before shipping.
After-sale service
We offer satisfying after-sale service from tracking parcels to any questions relevant to the order.
The Suprasetter offers maximum flexibility and modularity for the medium-size format range. Equipped with the unique thermal laser technology developed by Heidelberg, the platesetters are almost totally protected against production failures by the intelligent diode system (IDS). An extensive cooling system makes sure the platesetting process is not influenced by the external ambient room temperature.
Output can be precisely adjusted to the print shop plate throughput, offering full scalability to higher output levels at any time. With the Auto/Dual Cassette Loader workers can also implement fully automated plate production. All Suprasetters can be equipped with an optional internal printing plate punching system for maximum register accuracy. Integration in Prinect workflow and the use of Prinect screening methods are supported.

We pack the items according to customers’ requirement. Standard carton and pallet are available. Kraft paper
wrapping is suitable for small package and short distance.
Shipping marks will be printed on cartons.
We can arrange shipping by sea, by air, by DHL/TNT/UPS/Fedex/EMS, etc.
