1) Stable quality and on-time delivery:  

We are one of largest bamboo production line in China. We produce bamboo floors from the start of raw materials. Each harvest season, we will produce and stock a big quantity of bamboo raw materials for orders. During production , we have strict quality control from the raw material to finished bamboo floor. Therefore, we are in a position to maintain a stable quality and on-time delivery for our customers. For  other supplier, they might need to purchase the bamboo strips from outside.This means their quality would be sometimes good and sometimes bad, and there would be delivery problems if material cost rise and they just would not get the bamboo materials.

 2) Production capacity:

We have been exporting around 80 -100 container on a monthly basis. We would maintain a stable supply to assist our customers developing the market to the maximum extent. To initialize a start, we also accept trial order with mixed models. 

3) Flexible production arrangement:

For carbonized horizontal bamboo, we would deliver the first container in 7-10 days. For other styles of bamboo floors, our production time is around 20-30 days.

 As we have regular orders running each day, we would make the same fast delivery for start of trial orders.

ii. Is all bamboo flooring created to the same standards?

Our bamboo flooring is plantation grown in government-controlled forests specifically for the manufacture of bamboo flooring.All of our product is only manufactured from mature plantations to ensure the highest quality product.Some suppliers may source immature bamboo stalks which do not yet have the density or hardness of a fully matured product.The procurement of the correct bamboo, and subsequent manufacturing process, is overseen by China's most highly regarded bamboo expert, and is manufactured by the world's leading manufacturer of bamboo flooring.We have worked for many years directly with the producers of our product to ensure the highest quality product available for our clients.

iii. Do the bamboo floorings have color variation?               

Yes, It is important to note that as bamboo is a natural product with natural variations in colour and shade we cannot guarantee against natural variations between colour of sample and colour of supplied floor.Meanwhile,it is the natural variation makes the bamboo flooring looks more beautiful and authentic.
