Frame: high quality strong aluminum alloy material, powder coating finishing
high capacity in corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance
non-fading, time-invariant and durable
PC panel: new polycarbonate material, 2.6mm thickness
1. Durability: Not easy to fade, atomize and block light because of yellow stain, durability is 10 years.
2. UV resistance: ability: It can effectively shelter more than 95% UV which protects the car from UV.
3. Light transmittance: The light transmittance rate can reach more thant 80% and the light will not be influenced even in rainy or snowy weathers.
4. Shock resistance: The shock resistance is 200 times of common glass and it can prevent accidental high altitude dropping stufff to damage things under it.
5. Temperature resistance: The product works under -30°C to 120°C, it breaks the geographic influence on the product.
6. Inflaming resistance: When it burns, no fire drop and toxic gas. It meets National Inflaming Resistance GB8624-97 Standard which prevents accidental fire cause damager on cars.
7. Heat insulation: It insulates heat which effectively controls the temperature in sunny day.
Snow load: about 600Nm2 (suggest to remove snow within 20cm)
Wind resist: wind speed at about 34m/s
