We will supply the prefessional enigneer to overseas for guiding you to install and commissioning of the machinery .also be charge of traning of your worker to operate and maintain the machinery also . the most important is that we will transfer all the related technicial informtion to you .
The bigger reactor will load into container directly . Model LJ-7,LJ-8 &LJ-9 will loaded into normal reactor ,totally needs 2*40"FR. Model of LJ-10 need 40" Flat rack (40"FR);
the fragile will pack in pater box ,like temperature gauge,pressure gauge and transparent window ;
the pump will pack in wood case,like water pump,oil pump ,vaccum pump;
the plastic and sponges will pack by bags
etc .
1.the payment term:
By T/T 30% Advanced,ballance agaist Copy of origional B/L.
2.the Delivery date:
15-30days after the advanced payment arrival.
3.the Installation date:
15days if you worker can operation well.
4.warranty:
one year free for reactor ,spare parts we will supply one year running .
5.Life of reactor:
around 10 years if you can operate the machinery under guideline we supplied

2.Brief introduction
High efficiency, energy saving, big handling capacity, convenient installation, environment protection … this equipment can make use of waste tyres, plastics, rubbers to refine crude oil, carbon black and steel
Raw materials can be used
Waste/Used rubber tire
Waste industrial mixed plastics,
Waste oil: E.g.: waste diesel oil, engine oil, and other residue oil
Waste cable skin (should first dechlorination treatment)
Waste crude oil and so on.
3.Working process:
1. Directly put the waste tires into pyrolysis reactor by auto feeder or by Munual, then we burned the fuel to hear the reactor ,the fuel can be below according to different market ,even which can be use two kind of the fuel material to get the economic way.
1. Wood
2. Fuel oil (including the production made )
3.Coal, charcoal
4.Nutural gas(including the waste gas produced from process)
5.The carbon black produced from process
The temperature of reactor will be keep increasing up to 220°c-250°c, the oil gas which produced during the temperature increasing go to gas seperator ,the lights gas parts will be cool down to the liquid oil ,and collected into the final oil tank .meanwhile , the heavy parts goes to heavy oil tank .but in lights gas parts ,there have a few hard parts which can not be cool down liquid oil ,they will be processed by water seal to remove the dangerous parts ,then back to combustion system to heat the reactor instead of raw fuel material .that's mean we can stop to the fuel material when it have the gas produced .this way can save fuel material in great margin .
4.Auto discharge system :
after finish the process ,run the auto impuse collection machine ,the carbon black poder will be collected in the tank of impuse machine without any flies as those process was done by full closed way .the most important is our auto impuse collection machine not only to transfer the carbon black from reactor automatically ,but also can filter the better carbon black with fine mesh from steel and bigger power .then we can use the fine poder for below industry to get more profits :
