1.Good material : Charcoal from high density wood or coconut shell, plam shell etc.
2.Good technology: Our engineer research and develop good formula with ten kinds different
binder for shisha briquette. All the binder are 100% natural, harmless. Also this kind binder is
easy and cheap to buy in the market.
3.Good shisha tablet press machine: Good machine not only produce high density shisha

A.Hydraulic type shisha for tablet press machine:
This hydraulic shisha tablet press machine is our patent product,Through our engineer continous
experience and development.Whose pressure is greater than the traditional type.
1.Hydraulic shisha tablet press machine's total force 50-100 tons. which can be adjusted.
2.Pushing the briquette out of the mold is slow, so that it is not damaged.
3.The hopper provide automatic uniform filling of the mold with powder and making the upper
surface of powder in the mold even.

2.Hydraulic cylinder : Provide huge pressure 50-200 tons.
3.Main engine include : feeder; shaping molds; belt conveyor.

1. Shape : Cylinder; Hoxagonal; Round; Cubic etc or as your sepecial requirement.
2. Size : Height can be 20-50mm, if you need more higher, the mold can be customized.
Diameter can be 20-50mm or bigger.
3.Logo: Name ; Letter ; or Logo shape .

B.Mechanical type shisha for tablet press machine:
1) Frame: The whole frame includes cast iron bedplate, motor base. The frame is the main
skeleton entity.
2) Transmission part: This part consists of motor power, belt gear, gear, transmission shaft.
3) Feeding part: This part consists of hopper, moving shaft.
4) Punching part: Punching part is the most important in the whole briquette press machine,
it consists of beam, punch, shaping mold, moving plate etc. When briquette press machine
working,gear revolves then drives punch up and down , After shaping powder into different
briquette.
5) Conveyor part: This part consists of transmossion rack, belt pulley, holder.
