1. Raw material & fuel preparation and handling

 1)Send your raw material(stone dust, clay, slag, etc.) to box feeder with loader.  Then through automatic feeder,

raw material being send to roller crusher for preliminary crushing .

 2)Preliminary crushed material is conveyed to double-shaft mixing machine for adding water and agitating

through belt conveyer. 

 3)After mixing of the first working procedure, the raw material is again sent to intense agitation extruder

and high speed fine pulverizing double roll grinder for supplement water and agitating the raw material.

 2. Molding

1)The molding water content rate should be controlled within 16%-18%. 

2)The vacuum pump will take out the air that entered into the extruding machine together with pug. The

full automatic clay brick machine will extrude the pug from machine mouth and then, carry out slitting &

parting according to the required dimension.(red brick production line)

3 Cutting and placing process

1) Using brick cutter to cut brick log into small bricks.

2) Using brick stacker to place bricks on the kiln car. (red brick production line)

4) Drying

1)When the unfired bricks cut by cutter and arranged into groups. 

2) The drying chamber work system has heating system, regulating system and moisture excluding system.

The drying quality is controlled by regulating system. And there are two kinds kilns for your reference: If you 

want to save place, manual power, and want to more automatic, tunnel kiln is a good choice for you; If you

want save money, soil kiln is a good choice.(red brick production line)

 5. Burning

1)After drying , the unfired bricks are sent onto  kiln by the dried brick cart,stacking bricks onto the kiln car 

for burning.

What's red brick production line?

Red brick production line is suitable for shale, coal gangue, clay and other raw materials to produce all kinds

of hollow brick, standard clay brick. Red brick production line addopts upper and lower structure. The upper 

and lower transmission adopts ZQ type national standard reducer, the axial pneumatic clutch, and the whole 

engine is totally welded by steel plate. The surface of the rimer uses wear-resisting material spray welding

1) Red brick production line should be installed in a horizontal concrete, fixed by foundation bolt.

2) Red brick production line's main body should be located vertically with ground.

3) After all the machines of red brick production line being installed, we should check each part, each bolt,

host storehouse door to see whether ther are tight or not.

4) Confirming the power and control switch according to press mud  and its assistant machine's power.

5) Check finished, we should have a empty load test first. If the test is ok, we can make normal production.
