Moulding Step
1) Study drawing,we'll give suggestion of modification if the part is not able to do through plastic injection.
2) We will communicate&exchange the opinion with customers during making drawing according to the sample.
3) Making mould according to drawing, modify and try sample until sample is perfect.
4) after sample confirmed, begin lots production.
5) Packing according to demand ,shipping by express or boat as per required.
Indoor Mould Service
Negotiation before plastic Mould making, with Quality,Technique requests,Mould material,Price,Delivery time,Payment,etc.
Begin Moulding after Design confirmation.
Sending buyer photoes to show tooling proces

Customer T/T deposit to us to start to design mould.
Mould will modify free for small changement

Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are factory.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 20 -35 days for mould , and 15-20 days for production according to quantity.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 60% T/T in advance as mould deposit ,balance before shippment.
