Description
- YX150/YX300/YX450/YX600 hard candy depositing line is based on the 3rd generation machine and of which is an advanced equipment can continuously produce various kinds of hard candies under a strict condition.
- This line can automatically produce high quality hard candy, such as single color candy, two color candy, three-color candy, crystal candy, central filling candy and etc. The whole line is designed and manufactured as per GMP standard for food industry.
- The candies have beautiful surface, clear strip, sufficient centre filling, good taste and etc.
- The whole line is not only comply with GMP standard, but also help the candy manufactures to pass the GMP, HACCP, QS authentication easily. It is well welcomed by new & old customers.
This processing line is an advanced plant for producing various shapes and colors of hard candy.
It is an ideal equipment for continous production of high quality candy, such as single/double-color candy.
- It can automaticlly blend the essence, pigment, acid liquor in accurate quantity ratio.
High-degree automation ensures the stable production and saves time, labor force and occupation to serve the purpose of reducing the cost.
It is automatic and required for less labor cost.
Due to the reasonable design, the structure of this production line is compact and land area required is greatly reduced.

- PLC programmable process controls available for vacuum cooking temperature/work time, depositing temperature, depositing speed.
- A 6.8” LED touch-screen for easy operation.
- The production capacity: 150kg/h, 300kg/h, 450kg/h, 600kg/h.
- Frequency convertor controls the liquid candy flow rate.
- On-line injection, dosing, and pre-mixing techniques for the proportional addition of liquid of colors, flavors and acids.
- Conveyer system, cooling system and double mould-ejection to ensure mould ejection smoothly.
- Choice of different mould for different shape of candies.
- Optional choice of chocolate depositing system can produce chocolate centre-filling candies.
- The whole line complies with GMP standard and food sanitary request.
