Application:
To divide and cut rolls of plastic film (especially for PTFE) into pieces and then rewind them.
Features:
1) Scissors and round blade which are selected, easy to adjust the cutting width
2) Tensility can be controlled automatically with magnetic powder arrester
3) Let-off with photoelectric edge position controller (high precision)
4) Handwheel adjusts the takeup unit around both sides of base materials and the tightness of cloth is adjustable
5) Can stop automatically with figure displaying meter and yard
6) The main drive gears adopt electric decelerator machine, controlling the speed by frequency conversion
7) Keyset air expanding shaft adopted in roll-up and let-off
8) Double-axis alternative. Never biting with magnetic powder arrester, and speed-gap settings
9) Stable armor plate structure frame
10) The surface is sprayed with plastic, clean and beautiful, and easy to maintain.
