This cutting machine used to divide and cut rolls of non-woven, film and paper into pieces and then get them re-rolled.

 

Features 

  1.Air blade type and heat blade type slitting for selecting , easy to adjust slitting width.

  2.Unwind tensility  can be controller automatically by magnetic brake.

  3.Hydraulic type edge position.(EPC)

  4.Multicenter aptitude temperature controller, each group heat blade can control the temperature independence.(12 point along with the machine)

  5.Rewinding with Stand type both shaft centre surface and double-friction drive.

  6 Rewind shaft with magnetic clutch and half-automatic tension control.

  7.Gear motor with frequency speed control.

  8. Setting for dear with depose edge.
