The main equipments form Sweden, producing PVC, PTFE, ETFE, and testing. The capability of the factory is about 500,000sqmt for one year.

Packing Details and Ways:
- PTFE and ETFE Membrane rolled by paper tube, or folded+Sponge bar. Outside protected by PVC film
- PVC membrane folded in pocket or wooden box;
- Steel Structure packed by bubble film or in wooden pallet;
- Packing ways also can be according to clients requirement;
- 20’container or 40’ container
Delivery and Transport:
10-30days after getting L/C or deposit ,and the shop-drawing is confirmed ok.
Production Flow:
A- Confirm form-finding and layout of structure
We design for client or client provide.
B-Choose the type of membrane material
Confirm the type and brand of membrane
C-Confirm the quotation
Make quotation according to above information.
D- Sign contract
Contract (note: schedule, payment terms, L/C conditions and so on)
E- Shop-drawings and Engineering
We make shop-drawings according to confirmed dwgs.
F-Manufacture
Steel frame and painting,

Accessory and so on
G- Delivery and transport
Production packing and transport
H-Installation or installation supervision overseas
