Nice appearance design, good quality raw material, clean operational panel. Heating tubes are arranged from A point to B point horizontally. It can make the heating temperature much more even. |
Easily designed Heating tubes are arranged from D point to B point and C point to B point. So temperature on D & C points is lower than B point for sure when temperature is so important in color fixation process. A bar which is installed at the A point will ascend fabric from A point to B point. So when the Bar is contaminated by the waste oil smoke. The fabric quality will be affected more or less for sure. And this structure can not make the heating chamber be good sealed. |

1.Increased output at 60-70 meters per hour. One sublimation machine can match 3-5 printers depending on the printer speed. It not only improved the color fixation quality,but also save abundant energy consumption. 2. Printer can print both fabric and heat transfer paper 3. No change on printer so the printing precision is ensured. 4. No electromagnetic interference, No heating interference. 5. The machine structure is not affected by the printer structure. It is easy to design good feeding structure, heating isolation structure to save energy and having better performance. |
1. Sublimation machine must run according to printer's printing speed. 2. Printer can print fabric only. 3. It is difficult to control the assembly precision. It is especially difficult to keep the printing platform and fabric guiding roller of sublimation machine parallel. So fabric skewing is unavoidable. And printing precision is affected in the end. 4. The high power rate of the sublimation machine will generate high electromagnetic to affect the printer. And the high temperature may affect the printer too since the printer is just right above the heating sublimation machine. 5. Need to watch the machine closely. In case there is print head cleaning requirement, you must do some work to protect the fabric in the oven. Otherwise, the fabric may be burned or it will lead to different color shade on the same fabric for sure. |
