Dye sublimation heater
The Dye sublimation heater is designed for color fixing purpose of direct printing fabric. With the seperated dye sublimation heater with fabric direct printing printer, your factory will save energy consumption, improve working efficiency and extend your plotter's life span.

Why choose Hanze Dye sublimation heater?
A. It can provide your stable production with reasonable designed heating unit arrangement. Horizontal arranged heating tubes make the temperature much more even comparing to normal type of color fixation machine which is in vertical arranged. And even temperature is very important element to keep color shade stable in color curing process. The most important factor is that all generated smoke will be sucked by powerful vacuum air pump. It is not necessary to clean the machine anymore even after long time production. The normal type color fixation machine need to clean the bar which will ascend fabric to heating chamber very oftenly.
