Sublimation textile printing machine
1. Printing medias variety: Aprint heavy duty printer machine is designed for direct fabric printing. It can be used to print on various printing medias directly, such as polyester,cotton,linen,silk,woven fabric and heat transfer paper etc.Therefore it can meet your multipurpose in textile printing business.
2 .Different inks for different printing media: Pls keep in mind different media need to be printed by different inks and be treated by different after printing processes to cure color on fabric. Heat transfer paper is printed by sublimation ink. Polyester is printed by disperse ink. Cotton, linen, silk, wool and Rayon usually printed by reactive inks. Though acid inks may fits silk and wool better, acid inks are not mature because of small market capacity.
3 .Industrialized designs :Industrialized design make the printer more durability to be applied in textile printinpurpose.Durability and stable printing are most important consideration for most printing factory owner.So we selected the qualified parts as to realized the above mentioned reason. Even if all those qualified parts should be imported,such as ink pipe,had capping system, rail, pinch roller, stepping axle etc are all made in Japan.
4. New heavy duty fabric direct printing solution:
The main purpose of this unique development is for heavy duty users.It can load around 400KG print media weight so you have no need to worry about your print material overweight.The solution combined electrical control system with heavy lever system to keep the printing fabric always in balanced tension states. And ink contamination to fabric is avoided by specially designed height adjustable fabric guide roller and waste ink collecting groove.Double outer and inner printer dryer can dry the printed fabric completely. Stable tension force control and reasonable structure design realize the stable production.
5.The printing engine is a market approved printing technology which has been sold more than thousand sets.

| 1. Curved cloth press bar and fabric spreader design makes fabric feeding tension more evenly. |
