A lever rod is designed in this system to spread the weight of printing media evenly on the rod. This structure tremendouly decreased the force to the motor of Take Up Reel for MUTOH . Print head striking problem is avoided. Wrong printing length caused by stepping value is also solved. If a printer dryer could be also matched together, unattended printing is become true.

The motor torque is adjustable as to meet different Printing Media weight. Turn the damping structure clockwisely to enlarge the torque while turn the damping structure anticlockwisely to decrease the torque.
5. Adjustable rewinder direction
User can choose to Take Up the media with Printed Images inner side of roll or with Printed Images outside of roll.
