Advantages of Hanze GPE382 Take Up Roller single-motor
1. Reasonable Design Structure
Hanze GPD602 firstly introduced Damping Structure as to keep the printing media in tension status when collecting printed media. It reduced the chance that print head may rub the Printing Media caused by material wrinkle. And Hanze GPE382
Take up roller with tension structure gives more reasonable tension to the printing media. Therefore printing performance shall improved since the printer pinch can feed the media with less force. If combined with the Feeding system with tension structure, it will be the perfect solution as to receive the best printing performance. Hanze GPE382 is equipped with more powerful direct current motor.
2. Universal Interface Design, Easy installation
Compatible to all Large Format Inkjet Printer model on the market, user can just adjust the Interface Metal Plate as to fix the printer stand of different Large Format Printer model without any drilling on the original printer stand.
3. Adjustable Printing Media width
Take Up System can adjust the width according to the Printing Media.
4. Adjustable Torque
The motor torque is adjustable as to meet different Printing Media weight. Turn the damping structure clockwisely to enlarge the torque while turn the damping structure anticlockwisely to decrease the torque.
5. Adjustable rewinder direction
User can choose to take up the media with Printed Images inner side of roll or with Printed Images outside of roll.
