Product feature
1.Waste Ink Treatment System.
The ink introduction groove-gutter,design avoid the waste ink ruins or dirty the fabric in printing process,the surplus ink which permeates the textile is collected mainly by a GUTTER.Avoid getting the prints dirty Avoiding the prints to be soiled,we keep space between the gutter and the media by height adjustable guiding roller.Waste ink treatment system make it easy to print the ultra-thin textile like dacron fabric,chiffon and so on.
2.Constant tension structure system.
The tension bar in conjunction with electric control system ensured that the tension is even in the processing of printing.Scientific media feeding structure ensured that the media was smoothly printed,and protection against printhead scrape,and a high quality of printing performance.Professional take up system helps users smoothly winded the media,enhanced productivity,reduced the rate of false product.
3.Efficient media drying system.
Heating tube unites with fan enhanced the capacity of drying effect.Adjustable heating power reduced the waste of energy.For the lextile direct printing,we add an inside heating system in particular,so that we can dry the media faster.This system effectively solwen the problem that the media won't easy get dry in textile material like polyester,chemical fiber,cotton and silk printing.
4.Mechanical structure is firm and reliable.
The body frame use high precision industrial Profile(section bar),Hole processing by computerized numerical control operations together with refined assembly ensure the high precision of the whole tension structure system of the machine.Reinforced structure design with standardized section bar,our system printing media load capacity up to 40KGS.It is stable and reliable as we run the whole system through a series of rigorous tests before leaving the factory,which can really qualify highvolume production,suitable for industrial production needs,helps our end-users to achieving maximum profit.
