3. About the quality and craft:
a. Laser to cut, digital punching for steel if needs to ensure its appearance size very standard.
b. Steel surface antiseptic treatment, we have different ways for choosing.
Commonly, we will remove the oil and rust by high temperature, shot blasting, then spray zinc rich powder and outdoor powder coating by electrostatic spraying, so that its anti-corrosion performance becomes more stronger and not easy to rust and fade. The uselife will be longer, commonly it can be used more than 5 years at least.
c. Zinc rich powder and outdoor polyester powder are supplied by the world top 500 enterprises --- Akzo Nobel or Dupont company. Their powder colors are not easy to fall off and fade. It is environmental and have no pungent smell.
