TWGD12 Low temperature grain dryer use forced dispersion devices and multi-vessel rotary valve to keep quantitative circulation feed,drying on the thin layer to keep seeds and grain to be dried sufficiently.
Use low temperature to provide even and speedy drying,produce high quality rice or seeds.
Use big screw conveyor, PVC nylon bucket,stainless steel mesh to keep durability. Inner side heating evenly.
All the heating processing is automatic and the device stop when the water percentage is the target one.
Moisture removal:0.5-1.2% per hour.
Hot air source: Rice-husk,maize straw,wooden furnace,etc.
Safety Devices:Non-destructive on-line full automatic moisture tester,Feeding hopper, Dust collector,Full load buzzer, Multi-temperature controller,Chain broken insurance.
