Biomass gasifier adopts a variety of crop straw, rice husk, sawdust, plant leaf, the moisture content in
10~20%. Because the system uses biomass as its fuel power and there are no harmful emissions,which is to
achieve high efficiency of energy utilization of biomass resources.
Biomass gasification is equipped with a set of purification system and a piece of gas generating units,
generating electricity. The biomass gasification uses a circulating fluidized bed biomass device to achieve gas
purification . Through the internal combustion engine power generation, biomass gasified turns into carbon ashes,
which can be applied to industrial auxiliary source material or directly back to the field of crop growth to improve soil
quality,and promote crop production
The capacity of installation is 500kW, covers an area of 400 square meters.we can also use the existing building and
idle factories as a gasification power generation plant,shorten the project construction period . Meanwhile,the installation
reduce the previous project investment, which will play a greater role in limited fund.
