1.What's your minimum order quantity?
Normally, our OWN brand style MOQ is 1pcs.
OEM&ODM orders’ MOQ is 200pcs per style per color.If the quantity is less 200pcs we can also help to make the products,but the price will increase accordingly.
2.Can you do the design for us?
Yes, your own designs/sketches/pictures are welcomed. OEM & ODM are both welcome.
3.If sample available?
Sure ,we provide sample before bulk order !when back to bulk order , refund sample fee!
4. Why your price is higher than other suppliers?
According to the style,material,quantity informations work the costing.different style has different price.although the same product which use different fabric and workmanship will have different price, as suppliers, we promiss to provide the best pre-sales and after-sales service for the customers!
5.What's the down you use?
Most used 90%white duck down &10%feather.

6.What's the fabric you use?
We use down proof and water repellent fabric,such as 100% nylon,100% polyester,50%nylon & 50% polyester,60% cotton & 40% nylon and so on.
7.Do your have stocks?
Only a small number of the newest style have a little stocks,because we also have retail terms.( our own Brand Dayu logo).
generally we don't have stocks.
We also OEM&ODM for many brands , but not allowed to keep stocks and sell.
8.If can do drop shipping ?
Certainly ,we can do drop shiping ,if you have your express shipping company account , provide to us . if not , we have shipping agent for you !
9.The express shipping cost is too high, can you give me more cheaper shipping cost or free shipping?
When we calculate the shipping cost for you, we will use the cheapest and safest courier, and it is shipping company who ask us to pay, we can't give you any cheaper or free, pls kindly understand.But we can promise that we will not ask you to pay more shipping cost, if you think it is too expensive, we can use your own shipping company or agent in China.
If you not need the down coat hurry,we can choose China air post mail ship to you,the shipping time about 20-60days usually.
