1. Use
The syringe filter is mainly used for the filtration of mobile phase and samples during the chromatographic analysis, especially for preventing chromatographic column and infusion pump line system and sample valve from pollution. They are widely used for gravimetric analysis, microanalysis, colloid separation and sterility test. The filer membrane made of different materials, such as polyetherdsulfone, nylon6, estron and polytetrafluoroethylene, etc. can be provided.

3. Feathers and performances of materials:
A. PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene)
Performance: It suits for all kinds of impregnant including water system and organic system, resists all kinds of impregnant, low solubility. It has the feathers of ventilate and water-tight, high air flux, high particle retention rate, good temperature resistance, strong acid, alkali, organic impregnant oxidant and aging resistance, inadhesion, incombustibility, nontoxic, biocompatibility and etc. The relevant products are widely used in the chemical engineering, medicinal products, environmental protection, electric products, foods and energy resources.
B. Water system: PES (polyethersulfone)
Performance: It is imported form MEMBRANA of Germany. It has the high chemical and thermal stability, high flow rate, high acid and alkali resistance (ranges from pH1 to pH14) and high mechanical strength .
C. Organic system: nylon 6(domestic)
Performance: It has the feathers of good hydrophilicity, acid and alkali resistance and oxidant resistance. It can not only be used in water solution with acid and alkali, but also can be used in the organic impredant, such as alcohols, hydrocarbon compound, lipid, phenols, ketone and etc.
D. Organic system: nylon 66 (imported from England)
Performance: It is better than the domestic nylon6. It can be used in almost all kinds of organic impregant and water solution, strong acid, 70% ethanol, methylene chloride and etc. It has the feathers of high temperature resistance, high strength and stable chemical performance.
