1. Automatic bottling line or semi-automatic bottling line avaliabled 2. Adopt famous brand compoents, like Mitshubish PLC control, Schneider electric, stainless steel 304 material, 3. Different bottle size from 200ml to 2000ml accepted 4. Only change a few parts to suit different bottle size filling, easy to operaton and maintenance. 5. Supply complete bottling line from water treatment system, to PET bottle making, bottle washing/filling/capping, to label shrinking, ect 6. 1. Installation & training 2. Supplier provides the training for maintenance people for free . if the training carry out at the supplier’s site, the buyer take responsible for their staff travel expense, the supplier take responsible for the meals and accommodation. Also, if supplier arrange the experienced engineers to buyer side for supporting installation, debugging and training, the buyer take responsible for their travel expense, meals, accommodation and safe, and pay engineer salary. 3. Training content: Basic theoretical knowledge Equipment structure Installation, debugging, operation Maintenance, repair
2. Acceptance check 1) The supplier tests and operates the machines strictly for 15 days after finish. And the buyer can arrange their staff or third-party organization to check and accept the equipment according to the promissory technology parameter in supplier factory before delivery. 2) The supplier supply all the brand component, materials, machinery according to the quotation. 3) If the equipment meets each assurance value during performance appraisal after installation and debugging by supplier, then the two sides sign the acceptance inspection reports.
WARRANTY: The equipment enjoys 12 months’ quality warranty for free since the equipment is accepted by the buyer. If the equipment failed to work within 12 months, repair for free. The supplier provides long-term after-sale service and free technical advice and training services. 1. Installation & training 1.
