- Brief Introduction of Pulse Dust Collector
Baichy pulse dust collector is my company researchers for dedusting and dust collection of the crushing equipment , milling equipment researched and developed a highly efficient dust removal equipment.Pulse bag dust catcher advanced cleaning technology, substantial increase in air to cloth ratio,deal with large amount of wind, small footprint, high purification efficiency, reliable, simple structure and small amount of maintenance.Dust removal efficiency can reach above 99%, Baichy pulse dust collector is our sophisticated technology and efficient dust removal equipment.
- Working Principle of Pulse Dust Collector
The dusty gas enters into the subroom ash hopper through the wind average flow tube, and the large particle of duster is separated and drops into the hopper directly by the ash bucket deflector. The fine dust evenly enters into the central housing and is adsorbed on the surface of the filter bag. The clean dust enters into the top housing and then enters into the atmosphere through the function of offline valves and exhaust pipe. With the filter condition progresses, the filter bag piled more and more. When the resistance of the device reaches the limit value (normally set as 1500 Pa), the offline valve of one room will be shut off automatically according to the setting of DP or cleaning time. The electric control valve will be opened according to the presetting program and stops the wind and starts blowing. It increases the pressure inside the bag after the instantaneous blowing of compressed air, dust or even the sticky fine dust will be shook to the dust hopper and discharge by ash discharge device.

The pulse dust collector uses self-powered cleaning to timely cycle to blow out dust completely to overcome the conventional pulse dust catcher and compartment counter blowing dust compartment defect. Strong cleaning ability, high dust removal efficiency, emission concentration is low, air leakage rate is small, less energy consumption, less steel consumption, small footprint, reliable, and good economic benefits. Thorough cleaning, low energy consumption, long life
As a result of the self-powered cleaning to timely cycle to blow out dust completely, blowing once time can achieve thorough cleaning purposes. So cleaning cycle extension, reduce the cleaning power consumption, compressed air consumption can be greatly reduced. At the same time, the fatigue level of filter bag and pulse vave accordingly reduced.
Compartment for bags / unloading bags, no downtime
inspection the bags without stopping the fan system under normal operating conditions of the system chamber,the mouth of filter bag useing elastic piston ring, good sealing performance.
Improve operating conditions for bag replacement
Using the upper pumping bag, after pumping skeleton when changing bags, the dirty bags into the hopper on the lower box, and taken out from entry hole, improved operating conditions bag replacement.
The whole machine sealing performance is good
Box with airtightness design, good sealing, and the check door with excellent sealing materials, production process using kerosene leak detection, leakage rate is very low.
Inlet and outlet air duct layout is compact, small air resistance.
