Part 1.BLTB-135T Specification details and Applicable Excavator as below for reference:
Part 2.Advantage for BLTB-135T hydraulic breaker:
(1) Easy control, friendly used and easy position make it more convenient to excavator work.
(2) Top type outside bracket can highed up easily.
(3) The total length of breaker is higher than side type and box type, it is used for breaking high builidng or roof or something tall.
(4) The outside bracket for top breaker is easily for maintence.like pictures showing as follow:
Part 3.Packaging&Shipping of BLTB-135T hydraulic breaker:
The hydraulic breaker packaged with vacuum bags then put into free fumigation wooden case as following:
Part 4.Warranty period for BLTB-135T hydraulic breaker:
(1) 12 months or (1500 hrs): Cylinder,Piston,Valve, Back head *
(2) 06 month or (1000 hrs): Front head *
(3) 03 month or (500 hrs): Front bush, Brackets *
(4) 01 month or (100 hrs): Chisel Pin, Accumulator *
Note:All the warranty covered from Invoice Date/ Hrs which ever is earlier and must for proper maintenance only*
Part 5.Attention in using BLTB-135 excavator hydraulic breaker.
Do not lift things with the breaker. Lifting materials by hanging wire in the bracket or the chisel not only causes damage to the breaker but also is very dangerous when operating
On a hard and large rock, start breaking at an edge.Even a hard and big rock can be relatively easily broken when new hydraulic breaker begins at a crack or an edge.
Do not allow the breaker to fall to break a rock. Dropping the breaker onto a rock will apply excessive force to hydraulic breaker or the base machine, causing damage to many parts of the breaker and the base machine.
