Gree DMAX series modular air cooled water chiller is a new model developed from D series modular air cooled water chiller,compare with small cooling capacity modular air cooled water chiller ,have more higher energy efficiency,more reasonable design,air cooling design eliminate cooling tower,very suitable for arid and water shortage area.
large cooling capacity modular air cooled water chiller widely be used in new and rebuild large and meddium scale industrial and civil air conditioner project,such as hotels,apartments,restaurant,office building,shopping mall,theaters,stadium,hospital, factory and workshop etc.especially to the places have stric requirement of noise and environment,no allow to install boiler ,inconvenient to cooling tower,refrigerant is R410a.
DMAX series modular air cooled water chiller can combine multiple unit module,these unit module can have same struction,performance or not.the cooling capacity of unit module is different,have 270kw and 325kw for option.each unit module of units have 4 entirely indepent cooling system,can free combine with D series modular air cooled water chiller..through combine 1~16 same or different unit,module,units can form a series of products cooling capacity from 65~2600kw.
Features:
Any module can be a master module. Different modules can be combined freely regardless of their different capacity. Therefore, units can have various kinds of capacity to meet wide application range. If one unit fails to function normally, the rest of units within the module can operate normally in order to ensure cooling supply of the entire system.
For modular combination, the number of defrosting modules is set automatically so that not all of the modules will be in frosting at the same time. System performs heating and defrosting in good order for comfortable air conditioning and higher defrosting efficiency.
* Module balanced operation
Operation time of module is automatically balanced. This is to avoid overuse of a single module and to extend unit’s service life.
* Multistage anti-freezing
Unit adopts multipoint anti-freezing control. Each module has its own water flow switch to protect itself from frost crack caused by uneven water flow or bad working condition.
* Shell-and-tube heat exchanger
Heat exchanger has large heat exchanging space, which can effectively prevent clogging caused by foreign matters. With the high-efficiency U-shaped heat exchange tube and new pipeline and flow equalizing plate, flow dividing uniformity and heat exchange capacity are both improved.
* Electronic expansion valve
High-precision electronic expansion valve is adopted to realize accurate dynamic flow control and quick response to unit’s working condition. Control accuracy and reliability are both considered. It can perform self-check upon startup to ensure safety and reliability during operation.
* Wide operating range
Ambient temperature for cooling: 15℃~48℃; ambient temperature for heating: -15℃~24℃; water side output water temperature: 40℃~50℃
