Q:Will your company falsely advertised capacity ?

A: The answer is no. We only provide the true capacity, even though it looks like that our products are more expensive than the other suppliers. You are more than welcome to visit us and we will show you the test machine we have been using to strictly test the true capacity for each products. You could also test on your own.

Q:Are capacity factor and efficiency the same? 

A: No. Efficiency is a measure of how much the power bank is converted to electrical energy. It is unavoidable that some energy is lost in the conversion process. Even when the power bank is generating power at its maximum capacity, it is around 85%, which is usually reached before generating at full capacity. Capacity factor is a measure of actual output of a Power bank, which varies with the electronic devices you are using, it could ranges from 80% to 85%.

 Q: Will I need to purchase additional acessories

A: The power bank This unit comes with a standard USB to micro USB that can be used to charge the mini as well as Android devices. If you plan to charge Apple products, you will have to use your own Apple cord.  If you plan to charge Apple products, you may need to order from us or to use your own Apple cord. Please also note that 8 pin Apple Lightning cable can not be ordered. 

Q:How can I tell when the Power Bank is fully charged?

A: Let it charge till the light stays solid and stop blinking. However, because of the minor electric current, the last LED indicator can not stop blinking even though it was fully charged. Please refer to our charging time, if the first 2 or 3 indicator stayed solid and the charging time's up, we could tell that it was fully charged.
