Our developed and produced disposable syringe automatic pad-printing machine GY 009 is adopt
the latest frequency converter, it’s the most advanced printing equipment in China because of
the efficient and energy saving. There are some advantages as follows by comparing with the
transmission products.
The production efficiency is more than 2 times than traditional screen printing. With fuel injection,
the product quantity is more than 240 pieces per minute; without fuel injection, the quantity is more
than 300 pieces per minute.
Low printing material consumption, the use of roller rubber stamping for the printing part can
effectively reduce the ink wastage; under the same production, the printing ink can be saved for
one-third.
Low noise, this product uses nylon gear transmission, stable and the noise is close to zero; compared
with the connection rod mechanism of the screen printing machine, the noise of ten roller printer is
equivalent to that of one screen printing machine.
HIGH PASSING RATE. The positioning accuracy reaches 99.9% or even 100%. The greatest advantages
of positioning components are: one, without adjusting plate; second, without direction adjustment.
