A: Yes,we are a factory , Our factory is in Dehua, China. Dehua white porcelain is famous in whole world. They call it "bright pearl of porcelain in the world"!
Q2: Can you print my customer design or logo on the product?
A:Yes,of course. Buyers design and logo we all warmly welcomed.
Q3:Are your samples free or need cost?
Actually it depends on the products. For low value products, We will provide free samples. but the shipping charge should be paied by buyer. For some high value samples, it need sample cost and freight collect. Pls informed that all samples cost and freight cost can be returned back to you after order placed. You’re welcomed to email us for checking.
Q4:What is your delivery time?
It's about 40-45 days after order confirm, it's negotiable.
Q5: Payment?
A: T/T 30% deposit, 70% balance paid against B/L copy.
