Q:Can it be in roll?
A:Sorry ,it is 100%wool felt ,it is in sheet ,can’t be in roll.
Q:Why MOQ is so high?
A:We need to dye the wool firstly, then make felt with a big machine, if the order is too small ,our cost will be too high. But if we have stock , your quantity can be lower than our MOQ.Usually we have some stock.
Q:How the gray wool felt made?
A: 1) Dye the wool to dark;
2) Mix dark wool with white wool;
3) Make the mixed wool to felt;
4) Cut the felt sheet to 1m*1m.
Q: How to ensure the cargo quality?
A:We will supply pre-production sample, after you confirmed, we’ll start bulk production. We have QC to make sure the quality during the production, and you can also send your QC or second part to inspect the cargo before delivery.
