The C1000 is an 8-bit microprocessor-based regulation recorder with a monochrome LCD. It offers up to 3 analog inputs, 1 analog output and 4 alarm outputs. Meanwhile, the C1000 provides RS-232C/RS-485 interface for digital communication and transmitter power supply.
PID Control Function
The single loop PID control can be configured for regulating temperature and other process variables in numerous applications such as Heat Treatment, Metallurgy, Food Industry, and Pharmacy. Bumpless transfer is also guaranteed during operation mode switching.
Long-term History Data Record
3Mbit inbuilt memory is provided for long-term history data storage. For instance, when 3 channels are activated and recording period is set to 1s, about 36 hours data can be logged uninterruptedly. The recording period is optional from 1s to 240s. Any history data in C1000 can be transferred to PC by communication.
Mass Flow Compensation
In case of mass flow compensation in flow-measurement, the C1000 provides 4 preset selections, SHS (superheated stream), GAS (ideal gas), LPC (linear pressure compensation), and LTC (linear temperature compensation).
Communication
2 serial communications are catered for including RS-232C and RS-485 using the R-Bus protocol.
