Push-pull type exhaust fan
1)Special push-pull shutter mechanism can open and close shutter automatically.
2)Stainless steel blade uses a stamping molding process,possessing beautiful,durable,high-precision balance testing revision characteristics , avoiding being deformed and cracked,working smoothly,reducing the noise and effectively improving the service life.
3)Unique concave handling design of exhaust fan not only helps avoid inconvenience occurred in the transport,but also keep favorable installation and beautiful exterior.
4)V-belt pulley is made of high-strength and light-weight aluminum magnesium alloy,formed by heat press processing.
5)A-belt or B-belt,can be customized according to the sales condition of agents to meet different customers’ needs.
6)Equipped with efficient and energy-saving motor with CCC certification.Protection level:IP55.Insulation level:F.
7)Guide rod-embedded steel is installed on the impeller,enhancing the reliability,and effectively avoid shift during the process of nylon production.
Wind collector:Made in 1.0mm with no galvanized sheet. Can produce type #910 and 270, also can be customized according to uses’ needs.
Protecting wire net:Made by hard-drawn wires of different diameters(also can use required materials according to users). Surface processing uses electrostatic powder painting or galvanization. The surface color can be made according to customers’ request.
Iron base for the blade: One-step forming process, strong and reliable, ensure the service life.
Push-pull aluminum wheel: Made of high strength aluminum and magnesium alloy by press casting mold. light material and high intensity.
Fan blade:Professional designed blade angle. Air volume keeps consistent in the fan using process through dynamic balance test.

Q:How long will cooling pads last before I should change them?
A:The service time of Evaporative Cooling Pads is greatly depend on how often and how long each day the cooler is
usedas well as the quality of supplied water. The more often the cooler is in use the shorter the life span would be.
The quality of the supply water also has a great effect on life span. This is because with “hard” water there is a larger amount of solids left behind during the evaporation process and these will eventually restrict the airflow through the flute
In good conditions with normal use Evaporative Cooling Pads usually last 5-6 years, but in areas with poor
water quality and where the coolers are used extensively the pads will need be changed far more frequently.
Q: What voltages you can do for exhaust fan , if you can make special voltages ?
A: Normal standard is 380V for 3 phase, 220V for singple.
The voltage and herz can be customized as your requirement.For example,400V,240V,60Hz.
Q: What is the MOQ , can I order a sample for test?
A: MOQ is 25 cubic meter for cooling pad and 28 sets for exhaust fan, it's of convienence to arrange products.
