1. Description:
Delta robot, also known as parallel robot with three degrees of freedom and one rotational degree of freedom, is used in industrial packaging field. The robot packer grasps target objects by teaching program or visual system, determines the spatial position of the center gripper (TCP) by a servo axis three parallel, realizing rapid actions of grasping, sorting, packing, handling, processing. This pallet robot is mainly applied in the dairy, food, pharmaceutical and electronics industries, with features of light weight, small volume, high speed and positioning precision, low cost etc.

3. Delta Robot packing features:
Delta robots are typical spatial three-DOF parallel mechanism, the overall structural is precise and compact. Drive parts are distributed in a fixed platform, it has the following characteristics:
3.1 High carrying capacity and rigidity, small heavy-duty ratio, good dynamic performance;
3.2 DOF parallel manipulator structure, repeat positioning accuracy;
3.3 Ultra-high speed pick up items, one second multiple beats.

4. Delta robot applications:
Delta robot application system mainly consists of three parts: robot, conveyor lines and robot mounting frame.
Robot is composed by the board, motor cover, rotation axis, the main manipulator, vice manipulator, catch composition.
5. Scope of work:
Delta robot's operating scope is determined by the length of the main and sub robotic manipulator, the radius of the moving platform and static platforms, as well as the active arm angle range of activities these parameters.
