2 How many kids can play on the inflatable bouncer and castle?
Generally it takes 1 square meter for one kid to play in. Pls follow the instruction for each bouncer.
3. The load weight for the HNJOYTOYS bouncer and castle?
For bouncer, the load weight is 40kg/ square meter
For slide, the load weight is 30kg/square meter
4.If shipping by sea why we have to pay other costs when we have paid shipping cost?
We only charge the shipping cost. You have to pay the tax, DOC, ERS etc. The cost is different as per different sea port. This can be specified before you place the order.
5. Is paypal ok?
If using express delivery, PayPal payment is no problem for HNJOYTOYS. But pls do confirm the shipping address is the same as your PayPal register address.
6. What is Pantone color?
The Pantone Color Matching System is largely a standardized color reproduction system. By standardizing the colors, different manufacturers in different locations can all refer to the Pantone system to make sure colors match without direct contact with one another.
7. What is IBAN number?
In short, IBAN is for European bank. For China bank, there is no IBAN number, but swift code. When do the payment, pls use our swift code.
8. What's included with HNJOYTOYS purchase?
All inflatables include the Inflatable Unit, Blower Fan, Stakes and Repair Kit.
16.How many kids can go in the Residential inflatables versus the Commercial inflatables?
Please refer to the CAPACITY specifications for each unit in the individual product descriptions. While Commercial inflatables typically accommodate more kids, each unit is different and should be operated per the manufacturer's recommendations.
9. Why does air come out of the seams and material?
All inflatables work off of continuous airflow. This means that a blower (included) pumps air into the inflatable the whole time it is in use. Pores in the seams and material allow air to escape as kids jump and play, while the blower continues to inflate the unit. Inflatables are designed to release air pressure from the seams and through the material. It is normal to feel or hear air escaping, which can sound like whistling noises.
10. Is my bouncer repairable?
Yes! A repair kit and instructions are included in each HNJOYTOYS package. You can repair your bouncer by patching or sewing it.
