Working Principle
Remarks: The red arrow in stead of materials working in the grinding tank.
The green arrow in stead of media circulate in the tank.
Working Process:
The material is input by pump, the outer rotor is ring division. The gap between stator and rotor is very narrow, the slot on the rotor make turbulence by the materials and the media that separate by the centrifugal force, that make effective pre-disperse. The materials and media circulate together in the cone grinding area. The interaction of the rotor and pin on the stator, the material is continuously shocked by the media, the material with media down to the bottom and then fold to the inner grinding area, the materials is deeper even dispersed after sheared in the inner narrow gap, that can ensure the materials stay longer time in the Bead Mill within a time.
Because of the wide proportion gap between material and media, the media and material is separated by the centrifugal force, then the media pass through the trough mouth into the guidance area then remix with the material, this ensure the media circulate between the inner and outer narrow gap.
