1. Introduction
After 17 years high speed development and successful research, ELE has rich experience in various paint whole production turn-key system. ELE specializes in paint production machine, we can provide water-based paint, oil-based paint, magnetic metal paint, house paint, car refine paint, wood latex etc. equipments. The whole production line is controled by PLC , it achieves high automatic. ELE is always your sincere and reliable partner in business.
2. Main features and component of the whole line
1) Capacity: suitable for paint plant mass-production with annual output 3,000-100,000M
2)Automatic production: the whole production line is controlled by PLC, automatic feeding , automatic mixing, automatic filling and packing.
3) Feeding system: raw material automatic feeding by diaphragm or gear pump.
4) Mixing system: High-speed pre-dispersing reactor kettle, Color matching reactor kettle, mixing kettle
5) Grinding sytem: we use Horizontal sand mill to grind the particles into small particles, particles fineness can reach nano degree. If you want to make high-quality paint, it's better to use Pipeline emulsifying machine
6) Coloring system: put the semi-finished paint into the Color mixing kettle, add some pigments or other additives into it to make the needed colors.
7) Filtering system: we have high quality filter to makes the best quality paint.
8) Automatic Paint filling machine : after filtering, the paint will be filled and packed by the packing machine automatically, and finally, you can get the paint in barrels.
