General Introduction
Conical screw mxier is suitable for powder-powder and powder with moisture product, especially good for mixing two or more than two powders with similar gravity specific. It is widely used for putty and sand, dyestuff and pigment, battery materials, pharmaceutical, food, chemical industrial, etc.
Working Principle
Conical screw mixer uses two asymmetric cantilever spirals to mix. The two spirals are different in length, and rotate on their own axis (rotation) while rotating on the central axis of the conical container. Also, they make planetary movement (revolution) near the wall of the conical container with the help of gyration of swiveling jib. Repeated lift of materials in the conical container, caused by revolution and rotation of spirals, coupled with shearing, convection, proliferation and other complex movement, could have materials mixed.
