Introduction

Stainless steel reactor is widely used in liquid chemical production like paint production, coating production, pigment production, resin production, ink production, food, agrochemcial production, drink, or various chemical paste.

Feature

1. This reactor is suitable for industrial mass production of high viscosity materials

Our engineer will design various agitator for the mixing tank accroding to your process, like screw agitator, paddle agitator, disc agitator, anchor agitator, etc.

The mixing tank can be with open top or sealed top. It can be vacuum, hermeticl seal, flange connection sealed. etc.

4.heating or cooling

The reactor can heat during process, like electrical heating, through hot water or hot oil into the jackt to heat, steam heat, etc. Also can through cool water or cool oil to cool duiring process, if the process also need cooling and heating, then engineer will design the mixing tank with jacekt with coil to meet the demand.

5.material: the part contact with the material can be: ss304, ss316L,ss321...

6.according to need,the reactor can be on platform or with legs on the floor.
