Description
High Shear Homogenizer is the key product of ELE and the unique, precise emulsification working head is the key point to homogenizing effect. The precision between stator and rotor is composedof factors such as space force, concentricity, material hardness, shearing area, linear velocity etc..Homogenizer are widely used in chemical production, liquid with liquid, liquid with powder.
With high emulsifying efficiency, processing time gets quite shorter.
Feature
1. Precise combination between stator and rotor for our mulsers;
2. Fine forging for stator and rotor, linear cutting form, claw type structure, two-way suction, high efficiency for circulation, no dead corner for ELE emulsion machines;
3. Ideal gap between rotor and stator, advanced processing effect, shorter working time
4. Special heating treatment for stator and rotor, the surface wear-resistance is 2 to 3 times than the ordinary stainless steel;
5. Claw style structure, drawing material from the bottom of tank into the centre of working head because the centrifugal force speeds up toward the side of working head;
6. CNC( numerical control machine) makes higher accuracy for the space between stator and rotor and more stable for the gravity;
7. The key parts are processed via fine grinding to make that the combination between stator and rotor reach American Standards.
8. The dynamic and static balance test for the rotating part to make sure the stability at the condition of high speed rotation for the emulsifying machine, lower noise to prolong the working life of high shear homogenizer
