Introduction
Stainless steel mixing machine or chemical reactor is widely used in many kind of fluid industry, different mixer can meet different processing demand. Especially in Paint, Ink, feual, ink, papermaking, adhesive, cosmetic, medicine...etc.
EBF/IV Series Compound Concentric Double Shaft Mixer is kind of machine with high speed disperser together with low speed frame type agitator, with scrapers.
That assure the mixing of viscous fluid thoroughly, no dead corner.
Features
- Specially designed for high viscosity material batch mixing.
- Co-axial structure balancing the stress, avoid deformation even meet strong resistance.
- Low speed mixing cooperated with high speed dispersing, get high efficiency and better mixing result.
- Hydraulic pillar adopt the structure of built-in engineering hydraulic cylinder, with strong bearing, stable lifting, less oil consuming, avoid the leakage problem of conventional hydraulic system.
- Control system Explosion-proof or Non Ex-proof, the explosion-proof type according with international standard.
- Holding clamp device can be set for the vessel if necessary.
- Various vessel type for choice as per your need, including open-top, flat lid top, round top, flat-bottom, round-bottom, cone-bottom, vacuum, jacket etc..
