Introduction
This machine is apply to disperse and mix materials with different viscosity, especially suitable for high-viscosity materials or materials easy to stick on the wall or special materials with thixotropic.
Coaxial Base is the core of this machine, it designed the high speed axis and low speed axis is concentric.High speed disc will dispersing the product quickly and the low speed agitator with scrapper will mix the product around the tank and scrapper will scrape product on the wall of tank.
Main Features
1) High speed dispersing disc, with 45°Zig zag, rotation speed 1440rpm, will efficiently dispersing and homogenizing the product.
2) Gate-stirrer will mix the materials at a low speed, rotation speed around 40-65rpm, completely mix the the whole tank of product.
3) Scrapper on the side of gate-stirrer, will scrap viscosity materials on the wall of tank.
4) This machine is more suitable for middle or high viscosity product.
