Description
Our basket mill is a kind of wet grinding machine, it integrates pre-disperse, fine griding and eventually spread into one machine. It is widely used in paint,coating, color paste, dye, etc.
Working Principle
With dispersion disc and beads mill complex structure, basket mill integrates high speed dispersing and superfine wet-grinding in the same machine. Dispersing disc speed up the particle wetting and contribute dispersion effect, so high viscosity materials can be dispersed rapidly for high speed running of dispersion disc.

In order to avoid this problem to make sure the stability of the high speed rotation for the basket and high wear resistance for the bearing,
