Product Description:
Embossed decorative panel an artistic prefinished interior wall panels are
environmentally responsible, beautiful & durable as compared to other
remodeling materials available for Walls.
With more than 30 Designs, Timely stylish & designed to withstand &
compliment natural environment, embossed designs provide a more stable
panel with uncompromised surface integrity, which results in almost a life –time of worry – free performance.
With metallic paints on top surface, get the appearance of real time metallic
finish and achieve the up --scaled look of real textures that gives more
distinctive, elegant look, to modern & contemporary aesthetics.
Uses: These wall panels are recommended for interior use only. The use of
these panels is well accepted for vertical application, where as for horizontal
application, a glass surface or any other equivalent material. Cutting & Machining:
As the base material is MDF, these panels can be cut and drilled with most
standard wood cutting & drilling equipments. All blade edges must be sharp.
We suggest the use smooth file to feather all edges of the panels after cutting.
Cleaning & Maintenance: Cleaning liquids or powders containing acid, alkalies
or abrasives should not be used for cleaning these panels. Impact of direct
sunlight should be avoided.

Embossed decorative panel is a new product which is maden by advanced equipment from Italy with top Korean skill, it is made up with basic mdf board, embossed pattern layer and color coating layer, the surface is 3D embossed, and it has lot selected patterns, we can also supply as per customer's design.
2)What is the size for this product?
We have size of 152x2440mm,500x2440mm,906x2440mm,1160x2440mm,
1210x2440mm and 1220x2440mm in a thickness of 3mm.
3)What is the advantage of this product?
the product has advantages such as flame resistance, moisture, sound and heat proof, anti-seismic and also it is friendly to environment.
4)Where to use this product?
Embossed decorative board is widely used in wood doors, cabinet, wardrobe, wall background, it can be also used as wall hanging, roofs and the surface of different shapes of objects. Because it can be easily installed, so it is widely used in hotel, restaurant, office and residence.
5)How to use this product?
i)Used as a wall decoration:
The basic material of the decorative board is MDF, it needs a backboard when it’s used for the background wall in order to avoid wet and glue the board easily. The materials of the background wall can be particleboard, flakeboard or other wooden materials. Cut the backboards material to the right size, nail them on the wall, and then fix the decorative board on the finished backboard, glue and then nail.
ii)Used in door or cabinet:
Mill the surface of the door or cabinet door panel, and then fix the decorative board by using glue and nail.
