Brief Introduction
The Titanium Dioxide (TiO2) in polymer basis (PE, PP, PS, PET) with different filling 30%-75 %. The concentrate is a comfortable method allows add TiO2 to polymer, yielding a white colour, without contamination by dust. They have perfect dispersion and optimized flow properties, resulting to maximum hiding power and easy processing.
Titanium Dioxide used in all white masterbatches, provides a high level of opacity, colouring strength, good dispersion and excellent UV – stability. Some brands may have a milky or bluish white undertone. There are white masterbatches types which contain a combination of TiO2 with other white pigments an optimized cost/performance.
Kindly Reminder:
Before application, it should be mixed completely with polymer. In case fish eye phenomenon occurs, drying treatment should be operated casting film moisture-absorbing masterbatch.
