Product Description

 

PFW45 is a LDPE based masterbatch containing high purity Titanium Dioxide. It is designed for use in films that require excellent surface performance and high jetness, and in ultra thin agricultural films that needs high opacity.

 

Range of Application

 

PFW45 is designed for use in LDPE, HDPE and LLDPE.

 

 

 

Method of Usage

 

PFW45 is designed for ease of dispersion and is therefore suitable for direct addition and mixing with plastic resins in mixer, avoiding pollution and mal-scattering problems caused by pigment.

 

 

 

Recommended Dosage

 

1-3% subjected to the final products requirements.

Packaging

 

PFW45 is supplied in pellet form packed in 25kg bags. It should be stored in a dry place.

 

     

1) PE, PP, common black/white masterbatches: Suitable for package, injection molding, extruded

 

pipe, and ABS/HIPS sheet materials.

 

2) PP, PE, color masterbatches: Suitable for package, injection molding, extruded pipe,

 

bottle blowing, sheet materials, stationery, household products, etc.

 

3) HIPS, GPPS: Suitable for plastic uptake, compression molding, decorative sheet/tile, computer

 

casing, beverage cover, chocolate box, etc.

 

4) PC/ABS alloy: Suitable for electrical appliance, telephone casing, printer casing, various small-sized switch, etc.

 

5) PET: Suitable for bottle blowing, sheet material package, etc.

 

6) PA: Suitable for electrical appliance switch, small gear, etc.

 

7) PC: Suitable for barrel blowing, electrical appliance, etc.

  

Processing:

Mixed 10% of this master batch to the material and the tempreture lower 5-10 °C than normal.
